Our philosophy of service and quality allows us to be flexible to your needs. We have a bunkhouse that sleeps 5 people with its own private bathroom attached to a catering kitchen. Sit around the outdoor fire pit and swap stories.
You can camp on-site or stay in your RV and make it a memorable “cowboy” vacation with lots of local attractions close by. Lunch under tall ponderosa pines and naps are encouraged.
For a relaxed meeting, business, or training setting, we have a large training room with access to a catering kitchen, indoor bathrooms, and a large sittin’ porch. We can help you arrange for catering and rental items that will enhance your activity.
Have a country wedding. Exchange vows beneath the pines. No extra charge for the magnificent stars and moonlight. We can help you plan the details including flowers, food, music and even the wedding official.
Plan your reunion in the wide, open spaces where you can pitch horseshoes, kick your heels up and dance, and use our catering kitchen to prepare family favorites or hire-in a caterer.
Lodging is available within a 20-25 minute drive -- both national chains and B&Bs. Catering and/or concessions can be provided. There are a full-range of Restaurants and Local Attractions to help you plan your event.
Outside Trainers/Instructors/Lessons
If you wish to use the facility for compatible uses, the indoor or outdoor arenas may be reserved on a daily or hourly basis. Please make arrangements with facility manager.

Facility Amenities
- 97’ x 200’ lighted indoor arena including staging area, attached stock pen, judge/announcer stand, and viewing area.
- 150’ x 220’ outdoor arena
- Trail & Obstacle Course -Trail class obstacles are available to events at no additional fee. Any obstacle or activity involving the use of a rope must be closely supervised by the event organizers. Safety must be a primary concern at all times.

- Overnight parking for self-contained trailers or motor homes

A cleaning deposit must be paid for any group event. A checklist will be provided and signed by both the facility manager and the event coordinator. The amount of the deposit will be determined by the facility areas to be used.
