Horse
Basics Series
One of our popular programs is the Horse Basics Series. Today, many people purchase smaller acreage properties to enjoy a rural lifestyle that includes horses. This series serves as a resource to educate horse buyers and owners about the process of buying horses that match the riders’ needs and skill levels; and how to maintain the horses with an appropriate quality of life.
- Basics of Buying a Horse (8-hour Seminar)
- Basics of Owning a Horse (8-hour Seminar)
Following the series, you can schedule a private lesson learning the basics and safe techniques for grooming, tacking, and handling a horse.
| Very
thorough. You have thought of everything. This is the most wonderful
series. |

| "Thanks again for yesterday's clinic. After seeing the positive effects of your suggestions on my horse I plan to incorporate them into my everyday riding. Gerrie, you are an outstanding teacher and I wish I could have a teacher like you on a regular basis. You made the day fun and I appreciate how you were able to give the more advanced riders and me a chance to learn at the level of our ability." |
