Fees, Expenses & Other Information

Daily Fee
Speaker: $475 per day
Clinician: $500 per day
Demonstration: $500 per day

Combination discount for scheduling BOTH Gerrie and Jeff Barnes.
Speakers: $750 per day
Clinicians: $800 per day
Demonstrations: $800 per day

Materials Fee (per person): Dependent upon seminar topic.

Down Payment: ½ the total contract fee (including material fee & reimbursable expenses) upon commitment. The remaining ½ balance due upon completion of the event.

Cancellation: Total refund (less material fee & reimbursable expenses) if canceled 7 days prior to date of arrival. 50% refund if cancelled within 3 days prior to date of arrival. No refund if canceled less than 3 days prior to arrival date.

Expenses
Travel: Air, rental car, taxi, fuel and other transportation costs.
Private vehicle mileage: $.45 per mile.
Parking: Including airport parking and other parking costs.
Hotel/Motel: Private, non-smoking room.
Per Diem: $50.00 per day per person including arrival/departure days.

Note: Arrival and departure dates (outside of the Denver/Colorado Springs area) are the day before and the day after the event.
